About Olympic Tent
Originally founded in 1937, Olympic Tent has been in owner Scott Sutherland's family since 1971.
Scott created innovative, high-quality products for the tent rental industry by drawing from
generations of experience as a rental company, and he has continued to build our reputation
as the most highly respected manufacturer in our industry. Olympic Tent belongs to a family
of successful companies under Scott's leadership, including
Tacoma Tent & Awning,
Sign Language Sign Co. and Tent & Awning Industries. Since divesting the tent rental inventory
and rental side of the business in 1994, Olympic Tent has emerged as one of the largest party
tent and canopy manufacturers in the world, with specific emphasis on the party and special
event tent rental industry.
