Versatile Party Tent System: The Olympic Tent system is designed so that it can be configured to virtually any size or shape. Start with a base size, such as a 40x40, and then simply add components to increase the size to a 40x50, or 40x60, or 40x100 and beyond. This versatility also allows for the tents that are, for example, 30’ wide to be expanded to 40’ wide by the addition of just a few parts. Similarly, your 40’ wide tent can be converted to a 50’ wide tent. Now the original 40x40 can become a 50x50, 50x60, or 50x100 and beyond.

Compatible Frame Tent System: Further, our system is compatible with many other Western-style frame systems, allowing you to utilize your existing inventory of tubing and connectors. For example, many customers have used their existing legs, eaves, ridges and corners with our slide-in tops by adding only new Maxi II rafters, Maxi crowns and intermediate “T” connectors. You can have a state-of-the-art frame system for less than half the price of a complete tent frame!

Durable Party Tents and Canopies: The entire system is manufactured to the highest possible quality, with exacting standards applied to every detail. The tubing alloy is 20% stronger than typical industry standards, anodized commercial-grade clear; the connectors are heavy-duty steel with clear zinc plating, and the fabric has heavy-duty reinforcements at all the critical wear points. A variety of tent fabrics are available to meet your specific needs, and the system can be designed to meet and exceed code requirements for 90 mph wind loads and snow loads. Our tents are ideal for outdoor event tents, festivals and more.

Light Tents and Canopies: Unlike many other tent systems, Olympic Tent offers superior strength without adding more weight. A heavy tent is more difficult to install, and our clients are able to install the Olympic Tent system more quickly and safely because the system is lighter.

Quiet Special Event Party Tents: A quiet, peaceful tent environment is an enormous benefit of the Olympic Tent system. Noisy tents are very uncomfortable, so we have designed the system to take advantage of all available technological upgrades to produce the quietest tent possible. For example, the slide-in system locks the fabric into the Maxi II rafters, so the top is extremely well secured to the frame. The tie-down ratchets, the stainless steel buckles, the gripper web, and the catenary tension system are all chosen with the goal of reducing noise and maintenance. The sidewalls are locked into the legs with the Maxi II design, so the noise created by wind movement on the walls is virtually eliminated. Adding bottom bars that lock the bottom of the wall securely in place further enhances this feature.
